About P V Auto Services

Located at 1712 N Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75204, P V Auto Services operates as an auto repair shop serving Dallas in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Dallas, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8:30 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach P V Auto Services at (214) 828-9690; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Customers rate it 4.6 out of 5 on Google across 200 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Dallas.

Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dallas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Took my car in for an AC diagnosis. They were super accommodating to fit me in on a busy Friday afternoon. Honest people here:) And they guarantee their work for 2 years for this type of repair. I'll write an updated review once we get the part installed and drive it for a while.

I had my suspension repaired, and they explained how different parts were worn out instead of just replacing everything. They showed the damaged components so I could understand why the repair was necessary. The ride quality has improved noticeably after the fix.

Richard offered me a great price for his services. The day after his shop finished, the codes came back on. He offered to continue working on the car to fix what I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back in because I was moving. He refunded me quickly and with no hassle. I wish all auto shops were as honest and helpful as him.

Richard was really knowledgeable, helpful, and at a great price. We talked while he was helping and I learned a lot about how to properly maintain my car to get the most out of its mileage. 10/10 experience

I was in a bind and came to PV Auto Service needing my tie rods replaced. Richard and his team took great care of me—they handled the job quickly, efficiently, and at a great rate. They’re by far one of the most honest and reliable shops around. Highly recommend them for their excellent work and integrity.
